Walnut Grove is tucked into a nice neighborhood right off I35. The location is convenient to everything Kansas City. Felt very safe.
Very friendly staff. Helped get us parked and plenty of room to maneuver a 34'Class A. Nice little store in the office area that has anything you need in short order, although there are many stores and grocerys near by. Our space had room to park our toad next to our rig , a picnic table, and a ring. Surprisingly roomy for parking in the city.
The only strange thing was the sewer hookup. My Camco tapered elbow would not fit securely. I bought a sewer fitting from their store and that still did not fit securely. I don't know if it was just my spot or every spot is plumbed that way. First time I've run into this.
A great stay. This is not a resort but a convenient place to stay in the city for visiting...
